EXT — Exterior Access Doors
Assets/Details
Milcor EXT door provides critical service access for your exterior building walls. Tested
for weather resistance and also has a locking option where security may be an issue
Specifications
• Material: 16-gauge Galvanized frame with 18-gauge galvanized door panel
• Finishes: Available in powder coated white or Stainless Steel
• Hinge: Continuous Piano Hinge providing up to 130 degrees of opening for access
• Latch: Chrome plated compression latch with gasket. Available key locking latch
option with 2 keys
• Gasket: EPDM foam gasket for weather barrier
• Insulation: Foil faced polyisocyanurate provides an R value of 12 (up to 15 with proper
reflective air space)
• Testing: Independent lab tested in accordance to ASTM E 331-00 water penetration
tests
• Optional Colors: Grey, Gold Sand and Jet Black
