Ladder Access
The Ladder Access Roof Hatch is designed for safe and efficient rooftop entry. Available in galvanized steel or aluminum, it features a cover that opens to 90°, assisted by heavy-duty torsion springs. Insulated with 1" rigid styrofoam or fiberglass, it includes a 12" high curb with integral counterflashing, pre-drilled mounting flanges, and a weather-sealing EPDM gasket. A slam latch with interior and exterior handles ensures secure access. Load capacity ranges from 40 to 70 psf, depending on model, offering durable and energy-conscious performance for ladder entry points.

- M, RB & RC: 14 gauge galvanized steel with a 12” high curb, integral counterflashing, 3-1/2” wide mounting flanges with pre-drilled holes and 1” exterior fiberboard insulation
- RD: Mill finish.090 aluminum with a 12” high curb, integral counterflashing, 3-1/2” wide mounting flanges with pre-drilled holes and 1” exterior fiberboard insulation
