The Equipment Access Double Leaf Roof Hatch provides wide, secure access for large equipment installations. Available in galvanized steel or aluminum options, it features dual covers that open to 90°, assisted by heavy-duty torsion springs. Each unit includes 1" fiberglass insulation, a 12" high insulated curb with integral counterflashing, and a two-point slam latch for secure closure. With a 40 psf load capacity and weather-sealed EPDM gaskets, this hatch combines durability, functionality, and ease of use for demanding rooftop applications.
