The Energy Efficient Series Roof Hatches offer durable, insulated access with 2” polyisocyanurate insulation for superior thermal performance. Available in galvanized steel (white powder coat) or aluminum (mill finish), each hatch features a 12" high insulated curb, heavy-duty torsion spring lift assist, and a slam latch with interior and exterior handles. Designed for easy 90° opening and a 70 psf load capacity, these hatches ensure energy efficiency and reliable rooftop access.
